Sam's Deli in Downtown Victoria

Sam's Deli is located at 805 Government Street in central Victoria, facing out onto the beautiful Inner Harbour. We are across the street from the Visitor's Information Center and within a few blocks of most of Victoria's main attractions.

• Fairmont Empress Hotel and Convention Center - one of the most regal buildings in Victoria, the Empress has been a landmark on the island since it opened in 1908
• Legislative Assembly of British Columbia - tours of this 112-year-old building are given in English, French, German, Mandarin and Cantonese every half hour during the summer months
• Rogers' Chocolates - just up the street from Sam's Deli, Rogers' has been making fine chocolates in Victoria since 1885
• Royal British Columbia Museum - with an IMAX theatre and a permanent collection tracing the history of people and nature on the island, the museum is the perfect place to while away an afternoon
• Royal London Wax Museum
• Pacific Undersea Gardens - go under water in the Victoria Harbour to see the fish that live there
• Victoria Bug Zoo - four-inch stick insects, assassin bugs, tarantulas and an ant farm filling almost a whole room and containing two million ants. As part of the free tour, kids and adults get to hold a variety of insects, including a scorpion and a tarantula.
• Victoria Infocenter - across the street from Sam's is all the information you could ever need to spend a holiday in Victoria: pamphlets, maps, and knowledgeable staff
